Devin was born and raised in Spotsylvania, VA and saved at 16 years old. He felt his calling to ministry at 18 years old and graduated with a Bachelor's of Ministry with a concentration in Pastoral Studies from Veritas Baptist College in 2019. He is currently pursuing his Master's of Biblical Studies degree from Vertias. He met his wife Katelyn in high school and they were married in September of 2019. She played an influential role in his introduction to the gospel. He served at Glenora Baptist Church in the youth and music ministries for several years and is now serving along side Pastor Overton at Temple, focusing his efforts with the youth, the young adults, music, and outreach ministries.
